Payment:
I accept Paypal only, and have a premier verified account. Items purchased by instant payments will be shipped within three days. Items purchased by eCheck payments will be shipped as soon as payment clears with your bank (usually 3-4 business days).

Shipping:
All items are shipped first class within three business days of purchase. I pack everything securely with plastic, in document mailers or padded envelopes.

Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout, using a flat rate based on the total cost of items in the cart.

If you have not received your package within 2 weeks of payment, please e-mail me and we'll figure out what happened!

Problems with Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item please e-mail me as soon as you receive your package. If you ship the item back to me I will replace it and refund your additional shipping cost.

If you received your package and an item is missing, e-mail me ASAP and I will send you the missing item right away along with a refund for that item.

Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds or accept returns for items if you have changed your mind about buying them. Likewise, I will only give full refunds for missing or damaged items that were originals or one-of-a-kind. All other items must be exchanged for the same item.

Wholesale and Consignment Orders :
I offer wholesale and consignment prices to buyers representing online or brick-and-mortar shops. Currently, there is no minimum order required. If you are interested in getting price quotes, please contact me by e-mail.
